Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
The product received is defective, or faulty.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The wrong product has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, customers must:
Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs and/or videos showing the defect or damage.
Ensure the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Products
Kindly note returns and exchanges are not applicable on the following products:
Pooja Oil
Pooja Ghee
Shakha Pola
Shankh (Conch Shell)
Additionally, products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or purchased during special promotions may not be eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is verified.
Return Processing Fee
All approved returns are subject to a return handling and logistics fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The applicable fee may vary based on the product category, order value, and pickup location.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team, the refund will be processed.
Approved refunds will be credited to the customer's original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. Customers may place a new order after receiving their refund, if applicable.

Important Notes
Satva reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Refunds will only be processed after successful quality inspection of the returned product.
Any decision made by Satva regarding return eligibility shall be final and binding.
